Please find enclosed three copies of the Military Police Complaints Commission’s submissions and books of authorities in respect of the second independent review of the National Defence Act pursuant to Statutes of Canada, chapter 35, section 96, as well as the Commission’s most recent annual report to Parliament.

We look forward to discussing our ideas for improvements to military policing oversight at our meeting next Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at your offices in Toronto.
