Dear Mr. Lesage:

Further to our meeting on June 29, 2011, I am pleased to be sending you some proposed legislative language re MPCC proposals 1 (complaint classification), 14 (expansion of informal resolution), and 22 (automatic extension of Commission Member terms in respect of ongoing cases).

We are also including supplementary submissions regarding the Canada Evidence Act scheduling of the MPCC and MPCC access to solicitor-client privileged information, which seek to address some of the concerns discussed during our meeting.
