ORDER EXTENDING THE DEADLINE FOR PRODUCING THE DOCUMENTS AND THINGS LISTED IN THE SUMMONS

MPCC 2024-051 (Goulet) Public Interest Hearing pursuant to subsection 250.38(1) of the National Defence Act

Overview

On August 21, 2025, the Attorney General of Canada filed a request for a suspension of the deadline to respond to the summons sent to the Canadian Forces Provost Marshal (CFPM) on July 29, 2025, requiring the production of documents and things relevant to public interest hearing MPCC 2024-051.

The deadline for complying with the request is no later than August 28, 2025.

In response to this request, I am rendering the following decision.

Decision

I EXTEND by 14 days the deadline granted to the CFPM to produce the documents and things requested in the summons of July 29, 2025. The deadline for complying with the request is therefore now set for no later than September 12, 2025.
