Military Police Complaint Form

The MPCC strongly encourages the use of its Complaint Form (available in PDF version only, 1.7 MB) when filing a conduct or interference complaint against a member or members of the military police.

Request for Review Form

In the case of a conduct complaint, complainants may request the MPCC a review if they are not satisfied with the results of the Canadian Forces Provost Marshal’s (CFPM) investigation or disposition of the complaint. The Request for Review Form (available in PDF version only, 1.6 MB) can be completed in the official language of your choice.
